Working with Wan Video in the Studio
Choose a Wan version, prepare compatible references, review the credit quote and inspect the finished clip before downloading.
A useful Wan video workflow starts with the model controls available to your account. Version names alone do not establish an output's quality, native resolution or accepted inputs. Open Create, choose a currently available version and inspect its input mode before preparing your files.
Prepare the right starting material
For text-led work, describe one subject, one action and one camera move. For an image-led task, begin with a clear image whose framing matches the clip you need. A first-and-last-frame mode has different requirements from a reference mode; follow the selected model's controls.
Only upload images, video or audio that you have permission to use. Remove unsupported references when changing models, or keep the existing setup if those files are essential to your brief.
Set the framing, duration and quote
Choose the available aspect ratio, resolution and duration in the form. Text in a prompt does not replace these settings. Start with a short, lower-cost attempt when you are still deciding on the composition or movement, and check the quote after changing any control.
This is a description of the studio workflow, not a release announcement or a comparison of model architectures. Available versions and controls can change; the current selector and quote are the practical reference.
Review the entire clip
Watch the opening, movement and ending at normal speed. Inspect the important subject, edges, hands or product details, and listen to any returned audio. A convincing thumbnail does not establish that the whole clip matches the brief.
A successful task means a media file was produced. If you need a creative revision, change the instruction connected to the problem and compare the next attempt with your original wording.
Save useful results
Find the task in your assets, preview it and download the file you want to keep. Provider links can expire. Finish captions, narration, music synchronization and the final cut in your editor.
What if the task is still processing?
Check the existing task rather than submitting it again. Another submission can create a separate task with its own cost.
What if generation fails?
Confirmed failures return the credits charged, with the original grant expiry. Creative differences in a completed file do not automatically mean a task failed.
Where can I compare input workflows?
Read the model guide and video prompt guide, then choose the model that fits your material.
